We are off to a good start in 2009, most recently performing for The American Ireland Fund Gala. This year was especially exciting due to us having the opportunity to rock with Carly Smithson, American Idol Finalist (she should have won!), and recipient of the 2009 American Ireland Fund Heritage Award for Literature and The Arts.

Carly is from Ireland and was a server at The Field - a great Irish pub in downtown San Diego. She is not only a sweetheart, but has a phenomenal voice as well. It was very gracious of her to have us join her and her guitarists, Mike and Mark, on their final three songs. Very cool! We rocked the house! Corporate events

The Boys and Girls Club of East County's annual fundraiser was another huge success. Many of the guests stayed after dinner and the auction and danced the night away with us.

The Marco Island, Florida corporate event was a great show. With the economy down, the numbers in attendance were low, but the low numbers did not stop the enthusiasm! What a beautiful place. We had a ball!

The San Diego Chamber Orchestra fundraiser also achieved its aim. The event with auctioneer Bill Menish and Mistress of Ceremonies Kimberly King accomplished the goal to have the Director and Conductor Jung-Ho Pak and the Chamber Orchestra secure their next season as well as continue their community outreach music programs.

We have also played some amazing weddings already, with many more on the horizon. Weddings

Don't forget our fun shows at Valley View Casino over at the Main Stage bar. We hand out a song book and ask for requests. It goes over well, the response is great! The continued improvements at Valley View are extraordinary. Watch for a new hotel in 2010!
